How to do it

  1. Sit on a padded stool with feet flat and knees at a 90-degree angle.
  2. Extend arms forward at shoulder height, palms facing each other.
  3. Slowly spread arms wide open until they are in line with shoulders.
  4. Bring arms back to the starting position in a smooth, controlled motion.
  5. Repeat the motion for the desired number of repetitions.
