How to do it
- Sit on the floor with legs bent, hands behind you, fingers pointing forward.
- Lift your hips off the ground, extending one leg straight.
- Lower your hips towards the floor, bending the elbows.
- Press through your hands to straighten your arms, raising your hips back up.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch legs.
