Resistance Band

Band assisted dips are a variation of traditional dips that make the exercise more accessible by providing support. This exercise targets the triceps, chest, and shoulders, helping to build upper body strength and muscle endurance.

How to do it

  1. Secure a resistance band around the dip bars, ensuring it's taut.
  2. Place your knees on the band and grasp the dip bars firmly.
  3. Lower your body by bending the elbows, keeping them close to your body.
  4. Descend until your elbows are at a 90-degree angle.
  5. Push back to the starting position, keeping your core engaged throughout.
