Kettlebell Standing One-Arm Extension

The Kettlebell Standing One-Arm Extension targets the triceps, promoting strength and definition in the upper arm. This exercise is performed by extending the elbow while holding a kettlebell overhead, engaging the triceps through the full range of motion.
How to do it
- Stand upright, feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand overhead.
- Keep your upper arm near your head, elbow pointing forward.
- Slowly lower the kettlebell behind your head by bending your elbow.
- Extend your arm back to the starting position, keeping control of the movement.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch arms.
