The Kettlebell Standing One-Arm Extension targets the triceps, promoting strength and definition in the upper arm. This exercise is performed by extending the elbow while holding a kettlebell overhead, engaging the triceps through the full range of motion.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright, feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand overhead.
  2. Keep your upper arm near your head, elbow pointing forward.
  3. Slowly lower the kettlebell behind your head by bending your elbow.
  4. Extend your arm back to the starting position, keeping control of the movement.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch arms.
