The Cable Single Arm Triceps Pushdown targets the triceps brachii, enhancing upper arm strength and definition. Using a cable machine with a rope attachment, it isolates the triceps while also engaging stabilizers in the shoulder and core for balance.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing a cable machine with a rope attachment set at the high pulley.
  2. Grasp the rope with one hand, keeping your elbow close to your side.
  3. Extend your arm downwards fully, contracting the triceps.
  4. Slowly return to the start position, controlling the movement.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
