The Kipping Handstand Push-Up is an advanced gymnastic move combining strength and momentum from the hips to press into a handstand against a wall. It primarily develops upper body strength and shoulder stability while also engaging the core.

How to do it

  1. Kick up into a handstand against the wall with your arms shoulder-width apart.
  2. Lower your head towards the ground by bending your elbows.
  3. Use momentum from your hips to kip and press back up to full extension.
