The Archer Push-Up is a bodyweight exercise designed to build unilateral strength and stability in the upper body. The exercise involves lowering the body to one side, extending the opposite arm for support, mimicking an archer drawing a bow.

How to do it

  1. Begin in a high plank position with hands wider than shoulder-width apart.
  2. Lower your body towards one hand, straightening the opposite arm out to the side.
  3. Push back to the starting position, alternating sides.
