The Dumbbell Lying One-Arm Pronated Triceps Extension targets the triceps, enhancing arm strength and muscle definition. Performed lying on a bench, it helps improve unilateral strength and correct muscle imbalances.
How to do it
- Lie flat on a bench with your feet planted on the ground.
- Hold a dumbbell in one hand, arm extended above your shoulder with a pronated grip.
- Lower the dumbbell behind your head by bending your elbow.
- Extend your arm back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps before switching arms.
