The Dumbbell Lying One-Arm Pronated Triceps Extension targets the triceps, enhancing arm strength and muscle definition. Performed lying on a bench, it helps improve unilateral strength and correct muscle imbalances.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on a bench with your feet planted on the ground.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in one hand, arm extended above your shoulder with a pronated grip.
  3. Lower the dumbbell behind your head by bending your elbow.
  4. Extend your arm back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps before switching arms.
