The Single Leg Balance Cross Punch is a dynamic exercise that improves balance, coordination, and core stability by combining single-leg stability with upper body movement. It engages the core and challenges proprioception.

How to do it

  1. Stand on one leg, keeping the other slightly bent.
  2. Engage the core and maintain balance.
  3. With fists at chest level, punch across the body with one arm.
  4. Return the arm to start and repeat with the other arm.
  5. Maintain stability throughout the movement.
