How to do it

  1. Begin with feet hip-width apart, hands forming a V shape in front of your head.
  2. Take three lateral steps to the left, maintaining a slight bend in your knees.
  3. Raise your right foot towards your glute by bending your knee.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat the sequence on the opposite side.
  5. Continue alternating sides to complete the set, ensuring smooth, controlled movements.
