Scissors Jump is a plyometric exercise that enhances lower body strength and agility. It involves performing a jump where the legs switch positions in mid-air, resembling a scissor motion. This move also improves cardiovascular endurance and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Start in a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Jump into the air, switching your legs, so one foot lands in front and the other behind.
  3. Land softly with knees slightly bent, ready to spring into the next jump.
  4. Repeat the movement, alternating legs with each jump.
