How to do it
- Start in a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Jump into the air, switching your legs, so one foot lands in front and the other behind.
- Land softly with knees slightly bent, ready to spring into the next jump.
- Repeat the movement, alternating legs with each jump.
