How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees slightly bent, and core engaged.
  2. Step to the right with your right foot, leading with your heel, as you lower into a slight squat.
  3. Extend your left arm across your body to reach towards the right, feeling a stretch along your side.
  4. Bring your left foot to meet your right, returning to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the movement to the left side, ensuring controlled and deliberate steps each time.
