The Side Plank Scissors exercise is a combination of a side plank and leg scissors movement, primarily targeting the core and obliques. It enhances core stability, balance, and strengthens the hips by engaging various muscle groups.

How to do it

  1. Start in a side plank position on your right side, supporting your body on your right elbow and forearm.
  2. Keep your body in a straight line from head to toe, and place your left hand on your hip.
  3. Lift your top leg upwards in a controlled manner, then lower it back to starting position, maintaining stability and balance.
