How to do it
- Sit on the floor with legs crossed comfortably.
- Place your right hand on the floor near your body and the left hand on your left knee.
- Bend your torso to the right side, stretching the left oblique muscle.
- Hold the stretch while maintaining a gentle and steady breathing pattern.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
