How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Reach one arm overhead, then bend the elbow to touch the upper back.
- Use the opposite hand to gently pull the elbow downward, deepening the stretch.
- Hold the position for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply.
- Switch arms and repeat the stretch on the other side.
