The Band Overhead Single Arm Triceps Extension targets the triceps brachii muscles. It is performed by extending the arm overhead against the resistance of a band, which helps in building strength and definition in the upper arm.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart and a resistance band under one foot.
  2. Grasp the band with one hand and extend the arm overhead.
  3. Keep the upper arm close to your head and bend the elbow to lower the band behind the head.
  4. Extend the elbow to straighten the arm back overhead.
  5. Repeat, maintaining a strong core and stable posture throughout.
