The Full Planche Push-Up is an advanced bodyweight exercise that challenges full body strength, especially targeting the shoulders, chest, and core. It develops incredible balance and upper body control, making it popular in gymnastics and calisthenics.

How to do it

  1. Start in a planche position with your body parallel to the ground.
  2. Place hands shoulder-width apart, keeping your arms straight.
  3. Engage your core and glutes to maintain body alignment.
  4. Bend your elbows to lower your chest towards the ground.
  5. Push back up to return to the starting position.
