The Shoulder Grip Pull-Up is a bodyweight exercise that targets the muscles of the back and arms. How to do it

  1. Grip the pull-up bar with hands shoulder-width apart, palms facing forward.
  2. Engage your core and pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar.
  3. Lower yourself back down with control to the starting position.
