The Seated Sky Look is a flexibility exercise aimed at stretching the chest and shoulders. It involves sitting with support from the arms behind you, engaging the shoulders and chest as you look up towards the sky.
How to do it
- Sit on the floor with your legs crossed comfortably.
- Place your hands behind you on the ground, fingers pointing away from your body.
- Press into your hands to lift your chest and gently look upwards while keeping the spine straight.
- Hold the position for a few breaths, feeling the stretch across your chest and shoulders.
- Release and return to a neutral sitting position.
