The seated glute stretch is a flexibility exercise designed to stretch and release tension in the gluteal muscles, improving hip mobility and reducing lower back discomfort.
How to do it
- Sit on the floor with legs extended.
- Cross one ankle over the opposite knee.
- Place hands on the floor behind you for support.
- Slowly lean forward, bringing chest towards the legs.
- Hold the position, then switch legs and repeat.
