The Scapular Slide Back to Wall exercise focuses on improving scapular mobility and strengthening the upper back muscles. It helps in retracting and stabilizing the scapula, beneficial for posture and shoulder health.

How to do it

  1. Stand with your back against a wall, feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Raise your arms to form a 'Y' shape with elbows slightly bent.
  3. Ensure your head, shoulders, and back are in contact with the wall.
  4. Slowly slide your arms up and down the wall, keeping contact throughout.
  5. Perform the movement in a controlled manner, maintaining proper form.
