This exercise involves using a foam roller to relieve tension in the biceps while lying on the floor. It helps in muscle recovery and reduces soreness by applying pressure to the muscle, enhancing flexibility and blood flow.
How to do it
- Lie face down on the floor, placing the foam roller under your right bicep.
- Extend your right arm to the side, keeping it straight.
- Gently roll your bicep over the foam roller, applying pressure as needed.
- Continue rolling for a desired time, then switch arms and repeat.
