The Medicine Ball Lunge with Biceps Curl is a compound exercise that targets the lower body and arm muscles. It enhances balance, coordination, and core stability while building strength in the quadriceps and biceps.

How to do it

  1. Hold a medicine ball with both hands at chest level.
  2. Step forward with one foot into a lunge position, keeping the back knee close to the ground.
  3. As you lunge, curl the medicine ball toward your chest, engaging the biceps.
  4. Push off the front foot to return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat, alternating legs.
