The Cable Bent-Over Reverse Grip Row targets the upper back and biceps. Holding a cable machine handle with a supinated grip, you pull the handle toward your lower chest while maintaining a bent-over position. This exercise enhances upper body strength and helps improve posture by engaging the back muscles.
How to do it
- Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.
- Hold the cable handle with a reverse grip, keeping arms extended and back straight.
- Engage your core and pull the handle toward your lower chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.
- Repeat for desired repetitions while maintaining control and form.
