The Cable Bent-Over Reverse Grip Row targets the upper back and biceps. Holding a cable machine handle with a supinated grip, you pull the handle toward your lower chest while maintaining a bent-over position. This exercise enhances upper body strength and helps improve posture by engaging the back muscles.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.
  2. Hold the cable handle with a reverse grip, keeping arms extended and back straight.
  3. Engage your core and pull the handle toward your lower chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for desired repetitions while maintaining control and form.
