The Ring High Row is a bodyweight exercise using gymnastics rings to target the upper back muscles. This movement helps in improving back strength and posture, while also enhancing grip strength. It is excellent for developing control and stability using one's body weight.
How to do it
- Set the gymnastics rings at waist height and grasp them firmly.
- Lean back, keeping your body straight and core engaged.
- Pull your chest towards the rings by bending your elbows.
- Pause briefly at the top, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Slowly lower back to the starting position with control.
