How to do it
- Set up gymnastics rings a few inches off the ground. Place your feet on an elevated platform.
- Grip the rings firmly with your hands under your shoulders. Your body should form a straight line from head to heels.
- Lower your chest slowly towards the rings while keeping elbows slightly inward.
- Push back up to the starting position, maintaining core stability throughout the movement.
- Repeat for desired repetitions, ensuring controlled movement and steady breathing.
