The Dumbbell Palms-In Incline Bench Press targets the upper chest muscles while also engaging the shoulders and triceps. By placing the bench at an incline, emphasis is shifted to the clavicular head of the pectoralis major, aiding in muscular development and strength in the upper body.
How to do it
- Set the bench to a 30-45 degree incline.
- Sit on the bench with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing each other.
- Press the dumbbells up until your arms are fully extended.
- Lower them back down to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
