The Ring Bent Knee Inverted Row is an upper body exercise primarily targeting the back muscles while engaging the biceps. It helps build strength in the upper body, improving posture and enhancing pulling power.
How to do it
- Adjust the gymnastics rings to about waist height.
- Lie under the rings, grasping them with palms facing inwards.
- Bend your knees and keep your feet flat on the ground.
- Pull your chest towards the rings, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Lower yourself back to the starting position with control.
