How to do it

  1. Attach a resistance band to a high anchor point.
  2. Stand facing the anchor, grasping the band with both hands.
  3. Keep elbows at your sides; push down until arms are fully extended.
  4. Squeeze the triceps at the bottom and slowly return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for desired repetitions, maintaining controlled form.
