How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a PVC pipe across your shoulders.
- Engage your core and keep your back straight.
- Hinge at the hips, lowering your torso until it's parallel to the floor.
- Return to the starting position by driving through your heels.
- Maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.
