The Good Morning exercise helps strengthen the posterior chain, focus on the lower back, glutes, and hamstrings. It improves hip hinge mechanics, contributing to better posture and balance.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a PVC pipe across your shoulders.
  2. Engage your core and keep your back straight.
  3. Hinge at the hips, lowering your torso until it's parallel to the floor.
  4. Return to the starting position by driving through your heels.
  5. Maintain a neutral spine throughout the movement.
