Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
The push-up on a Bosu Ball is an advanced exercise that enhances upper body strength and balance. By performing the movement on the unstable surface of the Bosu Ball, you engage core stabilizers more intensely while targeting the chest, shoulders, and triceps.
How to do it
- Place the Bosu Ball domed side down on the floor.
- Get into a push-up position with hands on the flat side of the ball, arms shoulder-width apart.
- Lower your chest towards the ball by bending elbows, keeping a straight line from head to heels.
- Push back up to the starting position while maintaining core engagement.
- Repeat for desired reps, ensuring stable control throughout.
