The Svend Press involves pressing a weight forward while keeping it squeezed between your palms. This exercise primarily targets the chest, especially enhancing muscle definition and endurance. It's a simple but effective workout for improving upper body strength and stability.
How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart and hold a bottle between your palms at chest level.
- Press the bottle hard between your palms to engage your chest muscles.
- Extend your arms forward straight out in front of you, keeping the pressure on the bottle.
- Slowly bring the bottle back to your chest, maintaining pressure between your palms.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, keeping muscles engaged throughout.
