The Cable Incline Fly is an isolation exercise targeting the upper portion of the chest. By using a cable machine and an incline bench, it allows for a more controlled and consistent tension throughout the movement, leading to improved muscle activation and development.

How to do it

  1. Position an incline bench between two cable stacks and set the pulleys to the lowest setting.
  2. Sit on the bench with a handle in each hand, palms facing up and elbows slightly bent.
  3. Use your chest to bring the handles together above your chest.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
