The Cable Incline Fly is an isolation exercise targeting the upper portion of the chest. By using a cable machine and an incline bench, it allows for a more controlled and consistent tension throughout the movement, leading to improved muscle activation and development.
How to do it
- Position an incline bench between two cable stacks and set the pulleys to the lowest setting.
- Sit on the bench with a handle in each hand, palms facing up and elbows slightly bent.
- Use your chest to bring the handles together above your chest.
- Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
