How to do it

  1. Stand centered between two cable towers, feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Grasp the handles with a neutral grip, elbows slightly bent.
  3. Start with arms extended at shoulder height.
  4. Pull the handles across your body, squeezing at the center.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining control.
