Band Incline Chest Fly
Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
The band incline chest fly targets the chest muscles, focusing on the upper portion of the pectorals. It mimics a fly motion, providing resistance through a band to engage the muscles effectively. This exercise helps in developing chest definition and strength.
How to do it
- Anchor resistance bands at a low point on a stationary structure.
- Stand facing away, holding handles with arms slightly bent.
- Step forward to create tension in the bands.
- Bring hands together in an arc motion in front of you.
- Slowly return to start position, keeping tension in the bands.
