The Dumbbell Incline Squeeze Press is an upper body exercise focusing on developing the upper chest and shoulders. By performing the press on an incline bench, it emphasizes the clavicular head of the pectoralis major, while also engaging the triceps and anterior deltoids.
How to do it
- Sit on the incline bench set at a 30 to 45-degree angle, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
- Begin with the dumbbells at shoulder level, palms facing each other, and elbows slightly bent.
- Press the dumbbells together and extend your arms overhead, squeezing the chest at the top.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position, maintaining tension.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
