Incline push-ups are a variation of the classic push-up performed with the hands elevated on a surface. This exercise primarily targets the upper portion of the pectorals while also engaging the shoulders and triceps, making it a great upper body strengthener.
How to do it
- Place your hands shoulder-width apart on a raised surface.
- Extend your legs behind you, keeping your body in a straight line.
- Lower your chest towards the surface by bending your elbows.
- Push back up to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
