Pseudo Planche Push-Ups are a challenging bodyweight exercise that primarily targets the chest and shoulders while also engaging the core for stabilization. This exercise helps in building upper body strength and improving balance and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Begin in a high plank position with arms slightly wider than shoulder-width.
  2. Shift your hands towards your hips while leaning forward slightly.
  3. Lower your chest towards the ground, keeping elbows close to your body.
  4. Push back up to the starting position, maintaining a straight body line.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
