The Plyo Side Lunge Stretch is an exercise that combines dynamic movement with a flexibility component to enhance lateral strength and agility. It primarily targets the lower body and helps in improving coordination and balance.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet together and arms at your sides.
  2. Take a big step to the side, bending your leading knee while keeping the other leg straight.
  3. Push off from the bent leg to return to the starting position, repeating on the other side.
