How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms at your sides.
  2. Raise both arms overhead, bringing your palms together in a clapping motion.
  3. Return to the starting position with controlled movement.
  4. Repeat the motion rhythmically, maintaining a steady pace.
