The Negative Dragon Flag is an advanced core exercise that intensely targets the abdominals, promoting core strength and stability. By controlling the descent of the body in a straight line, it enhances muscular endurance and control.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back on a bench, gripping the sides for support.
  2. Lift your legs and torso into a vertical position, forming a straight line with your body.
  3. Slowly lower your body back down in a controlled manner, keeping your core engaged.
  4. Pause just above the bench or ground, then repeat the movement.
