The Lying Bent Legs Raise exercise targets the lower abdominal muscles. It involves lifting bent legs towards the chest while lying on the back. This movement helps to strengthen the core, improve hip flexor flexibility, and enhance stability.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with your hands under your hips for support.
  2. Bend your knees at a 90-degree angle, keeping feet together.
  3. Engage your core and lift your legs towards your chest.
  4. Hold at the top for a second, then slowly lower back to the start.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
