How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Place hands behind the back.
- Slowly tilt your head to the side, moving in a half-circle motion from one shoulder to the other.
- Keep movements slow and controlled.
- Repeat several times, maintaining comfort and avoiding any pain.
