Neck Half Circle

The neck half circle stretches the neck and upper shoulder muscles, particularly targeting tension in the trapezius and sternocleidomastoid. This exercise helps improve flexibility and relieve stress.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Place hands behind the back.
  3. Slowly tilt your head to the side, moving in a half-circle motion from one shoulder to the other.
  4. Keep movements slow and controlled.
  5. Repeat several times, maintaining comfort and avoiding any pain.
