The Neck Circle Stretch is an exercise aimed at improving neck flexibility and relieving tension in the neck and shoulders. It involves gently rotating the neck in a circular motion, helping to enhance mobility and alleviate stiffness.

How to do it

  1. Stand or sit upright with your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
  2. Slowly tilt your head forward, bringing your chin to your chest.
  3. Rotate your head to the right, bringing your ear toward your shoulder.
  4. Continue the motion by rolling your head back gently, then to the left.
  5. Complete the circle by returning to the starting position. Repeat in the opposite direction.
