The Middle Back Stretch is a simple yet effective way to relieve tension and improve flexibility in your spine and obliques. By engaging your core and rotating your torso, you can enhance your posture and prevent back pain, making it a perfect addition to any fitness routine.

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and gently place your hands on your hips.
  2. Engage your core muscles, drawing your navel in toward your spine.
  3. Slowly rotate your upper body to the right, feeling the stretch in your middle back and obliques.
  4. Hold the stretch for a few seconds, then return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat the movement to the left side, maintaining steady breathing throughout.
