How to do it
- Stand with your feet hip-width apart and gently place your hands on your hips.
- Engage your core muscles, drawing your navel in toward your spine.
- Slowly rotate your upper body to the right, feeling the stretch in your middle back and obliques.
- Hold the stretch for a few seconds, then return to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement to the left side, maintaining steady breathing throughout.
