The Standing Back Rotation Stretch helps in enhancing spinal flexibility and relieving tension in the lower back and obliques. It involves a rotational movement of the upper body to improve mobility and reduce stiffness.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms crossed over the chest.
  2. Engage the core and maintain a neutral spine.
  3. Slowly rotate the upper body to one side, keeping the hips steady.
  4. Hold the stretch for a few seconds, then return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat on the opposite side.
