The Side Slide exercise focuses on improving core strength and stability by engaging the obliques. It involves standing and sliding the hand down the side of the leg to target the side muscles of the abdomen, promoting better balance and flexibility.

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hands by your sides.
  2. Engage your core and slide your right hand down the side of your right leg.
  3. Return to the starting position and repeat on the left side.
