How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet slightly off the ground.
  2. Lean back slightly while keeping your back straight and core engaged.
  3. Hold your hands together and rotate your torso side to side.
  4. Perform a chopping motion as you twist, engaging your obliques.
  5. Keep the movement controlled and repeat for desired repetitions.
