How to do it

  2. Brace the core and bring one knee diagonally towards the opposite elbow.
  3. Quickly switch legs, repeating the motion rhythmically.
  4. Maintain a steady pace while keeping the hips level.
  5. Continue alternating for the desired number of repetitions.
