The V-Up with Clap is a core exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. It involves a simultaneous lift of the upper and lower body to form a 'V' shape while clapping hands under or above the legs, increasing intensity and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with arms extended overhead and legs straight.
  2. Engage your core and lift your legs and torso simultaneously to form a 'V' shape.
  3. As you reach the top position, clap your hands under or above your legs.
  4. Lower yourself back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of reps.
